We recently took Lizzie on a vacation in the Moosehead Lake region of Maine. We actually stayed in a small cabin on Lower Wilson Pond with a beautiful view. We took her hiking and swimming in the lake although I can't say that she particularly enjoyed either one of them. She definitely enjoyed hiking on her own and wandering around on the rocks and dock next to the lake. We will definitely be returning to that area when she's more in to hiking!
