Back in December our friends Phil & Becky gave birth to a lovely baby boy named Lucas. Finally at the end of February we get a photo! Shame on them!

Here I am at 24 weeks pregnant. Please forgive how crappy I look in these pics. They are always taken before we go to bed at night at which point my hair has given up trying to look decent. Not to mention the fact that in this picture I am still getting over bronchitis, laryngitis, a sore throat and a head cold with no medication to help.

On our last full day we went to a small artisan town called Tubac. If you want to furnish and decorate your house in a classy southwestern style, this is definitely the place to go. To see all the pics from our trip, check out the web album.

One of the best things we did was spend the day at the Sonoran Desert Museum. It was a very interesting place, more like a zoo than a museum. Almost everything was outside and you got to see loads of Saguaro cacti which only grow in the Sonora Desert. To see all the pics from our trip, check out the web album.

My parents live about 30 minutes north of Mexico so one day we drove down, parked in Nogales, USA and walked over to Nogales, Mexico to do some shopping and have lunch. To see all the pics from our trip, check out the web album.

The house is a 15 minute drive from Madera Canyon so we took the opportunity for a short hike. Unfortunately I'm extremely (and probably understandeably) out of shape so it wasn't a very long hike but it was nice to get some exercise and see the beautiful views. To see all the pics from our trip, check out the web album.

My parents took us to Tombstone which was probably the tackiest place I've ever been to. We even went to a REALLY bad "gun fight" in a saloon. Well, at least my father was enjoying himself. Personally, I couldn't deal with the smokey atmosphere on top of all the cheesiness. To see all the pics from our trip, check out the web album.

We took a mine tour in Bisbee, AZ. To see all the pics from our trip, check out the web album.

The weather was usually in the high 70's or low 80's so we got lots of chances to use the community pool located a couple houses down. To see all the pics from our trip, check out the web album.

Greg and I recently recently joined my parents for a week in southern Arizona at their new house. The house will eventually be where they spend their winters when they retire but for now it is a holiday home. This is the view from their patio. To see all the pics from our trip, check out the web album.
