We stayed at a dog-friendly cabin on a lake in Ellsworth, Maine.

We spent Veterans Day weekend up in Northern Maine near Bar Harbor and Acadia. After the long drive up on Friday we took the dogs (Seamus, Buffy & Veruca) for a walk. Sam and Greg definitely have their hands full.

Snow on October 29th! Gotta love New England weather!

Saturday (Oct. 29th) we had some crazy weather! Greg, Buffy and I took a walk in the snow and saw a whole group of wild turkeys.

Virgil came to visit Buffy on Saturday. He just moved to Boston from California with his Dads, Jay & Leon.

We camped out on a beach by the side of the river on the Saturday night of the canoe trip.

My friend Doug (in the canoe) and his wife Wendy (in the water) arranged a two day canoe trip on the Saco river in NH/ME. We spent two days drifting, swimming, paddling and drinking. We couldn't have asked for better weather as it was sunny with low humidity.
